Pre Event Planning

Since 1986, when our Onsite Special Events division was formed, we have worked on hundreds of projects ranging in size from the prestigious Open Golf Championships to our local annual rowing regatta, each one very unique in its service requirement and logistical set up. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile with our pre-event planning & preparation services. We will listen to your brief and offer advice on the best ways to proceed. Site Surveys may be required to ascertain the best locations for installing the equipment which can be utilised during the actual event.

Radio Frequency/Channel Management

Any event where event organisers are expecting the heavy use of multi channel radio equipment onsite should warrant specialist frequency management to ensure radio interference is not experienced on site. We work with event organisers to co-ordinate radio frequencies before they arrive onsite. If required we can liaise with the government telecoms agencies to supply special exclusive channels, which are normally not available.  

Health & Safety

Knowing the importance of health & safety at public events we will carry out a risk assessment and provide a works method statement for our operations onsite. Any specific risks will be identified and brought to the clients attention.
