Junior Sales Administrator

Radio Links are an established leading company providing two-way radio communications to various businesses throughout the UK. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide outstanding operational support to our Sales and Sales Aftercare Departments. 

Applicants should have proven administration and keyboard skills with a confident telephone manner.  They should also be able to prioritise their workload, use their own initiative and be able to work as part of a team. Along with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, candidates should possess good written/oral communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting sales orders for radio equipment and accessories
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Assisting with telephone enquiries
  • Assistance with the upkeep of the company’s social media
  • Telephone sales and general administration.

This is an interesting and varied full-time position, training on our procedures, products & bespoke software will be given.

Hours of work are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.  1 hour for lunch.

Holiday: 20 days per annum pro-rata to start date, plus Xmas shutdown & bank holidays.

Salary: negotiable according to knowledge and experience.
