TRBOnet Enterprise is a powerful control room solution designed to work with MOTOTRBO networks of any size and complexity. This IP-based dispatch system offers a wide choice of additional modules, which means that it can be tailored to your individual requirements to enhance your radio communication.

Main Features

The TRBOnet dispatcher solution incorporates live GPS positioning data viewable on a map, as well as text messaging, voice recording and telemetry processing to enhance radio communication. These features provide a complete overview of all mobile radio activity for fast problem localisation, job assignment, control and documentation. All data is recorded continuously and stored for an unlimited period. The data could then be used for further investigation audits as well as growth planning.

GPS Tracking: Real-time GPS location, GPS history and playback, geofencing with alarms.

Voice Dispatch:  All type of calls can be made: All call, Group call and Individual calls.

Voice Recording; All radio transmissions can be recorded with simple playback storage.

Event Logging: All system events are logged with date/time stamp.

Text Messages: Send private and group text messages, scheduled messages and text-to-speech.

Job Ticketing

TRBOnet Job Ticketing is the integrated ticketing system which allows dispatchers to create, assign and track job tickets through the radio network. Jobs can be accepted, declined and completed by radio users by one-button-click or by sending a pre-set text message. Job statuses are customizable and can be adapted for the customer’s business. Job Ticketing is the perfect solution for hotels, transportation, emergency services and other mission-critical businesses.

When a radio user receives a task which is displayed in their radio display, the user can simply accept or reject the assigned ticket by using the standard menu options. User then sends "complete" message to the dispatcher when job is done. Management will always know who is working and on what, when the dead-line is and how long the job actually took.
