The Hytera PD685 radio offers a sleek, innovative handset for professional radio users. With a lightweight, crafted metal chassis design, supporting both digital and analogue technology, the PD600 series of radios are a popular set of feature-rich digital two-way radios. Complete with a large easy-to-use LCD display with a telephone-style keypad for channel names and selective calling functions among many more. The radio provides support for digital trunking options and will work with legacy analogue radios to give the customer the flexibility and adaptability required.

With embedded digital technology, the PD600 series of radios produce outstanding voice quality, even in the noisiest of environments, and at the outer perimeters of radio coverage. Thanks to the digital technology used within these Hytera radios it is now possible to double the channel capacity when compared with a conventional analogue radio, giving you two channels for each frequency issued by Ofcom.

With the 1500 mAh standard lithium-ion battery, the PD600 series handsets can achieve an operating time in digital mode of at least 16 hours and with the optionally available 2000-mAh battery, this could be up to 20 hours.
