One of Britain’s greatest high street department retailers, John Lewis contacted Radio Links on the run up to one of their busiest periods of the year, Christmas. They wanted to be able to communicate with all staff members throughout the store seamlessly with a reliable and affordable means of communication.

The Operations Manager got in touch and explained what the aims and goals were for the communication for the extensive Milton Keynes premises. To determine if the Hytera TC700 series radios would suit the needs of the store, Radio Links offered John Lewis to trial a few of the handsets.
