As well has having experienced radio engineers ready to attend your site for fixed base station issues, we can also arrange the collection and return of your portable equipment wherever you are in the UK, keeping your communications downtime to a minimum and your system in peak working order.

Annual Maintenance Plans
We offer fully inclusive Maintenance Plans to allow you to manage your communications budget effectively, with a one-off payment covering all of your repair costs and call-out fees for up to 12 months. Our contract customers benefit from loan equipment to ensure that even if we cannot repair your own equipment on site, we will leave you with a working system in place.

In-House and Field Service Engineers
All of our engineers are multi-skilled and are able to carry out a wide variety of tasks, from simple programming of new radio equipment in our workshops, to complex radio installation work on our customer’s sites. All of our installation engineers hold valid ESC cards and work to our rigorous Health and Safety standards.

All radio manufacturers radios can be programmed, repaired and tested by our own engineers in our fully equipped radio workshops and we carry out all of our own installations without the need for third party contractors. Our dedicated team of radio engineers are ready to travel anywhere within the UK to service our customer's needs providing you with a level of sales aftercare that is second to none.

Aftersales Technical Support Help Desk
Our Aftercare helpdesk always has someone you can speak to, offering free, helpful and impartial advice regarding all of the products we supply and support. For more in-depth technical assistance and advice, we have senior engineers that can provide first line service support over the phone.

Our friendly and professional Aftercare team will provide a level of aftersales support that you would hope to receive, having invested in a communications system for your company. Once we have supplied your company with a radio system, we will remain in contact to ensure that all of your aftersales requirements are met and any future requirements are considered. We will also contact you when your equipment is due to come out of warranty, offering our various maintenance plans tailored to your budget and designed to keep your equipment in full working order.
