Charged and Tested
Before despatch, all hire radios are charged and every piece of equipment is tested prior to shipment to ensure you will be ready to hit the ground running once the equipment is delivered. We also constantly monitor our rechargeable batteries to ensure that radios provide a full working cycle.
All Hire equipment is shipped in a robust container, which is designed to protect the equipment during transit, ensuring it reaches you intact.
Customised Radio Labelling
Labels provide simple and concise information to help eliminate confusion, improve inventory control and organise your Event. The customised label can show a department, group or individual names or an assigned radio number.
Delivery and Collection
We will arrange delivery and collection of our equipment via our carrier, or for larger schemes, one of our experienced engineers will deliver and install auxiliary equipment on site, carrying out full tests to ensure efficient communications for the duration of the hire.
Replacement Equipment
In the unlikely event of a technical problem, we will supply replacement equipment on a 12/24-hour turnaround according to the contract period.
