Main Features
The mobile and portable radios in the DMR system can be configured so that they transmit their status to SmartDispatch – regularly and automatically. This information enables SmartDispatch to monitor the status of each subscriber in the radio system, letting the controller know if they are on-line and working, or off-line.
GPS Tracking: Real-time GPS location, GPS history and playback, Geofencing with alarms.
Voice Dispatch: All type of calls can be made, All Call, Group Call and Individulal Calls.
Voice Recording; All radio transmissions can be recorded with simple playback storage.
Event Logging: All system events are logged with date/time stamp.
Text Messages: Send Private and Group text messages, Scheduled messages and Text to speech.
Radios can be disabled and re-enabled from the control room using SmartDispatch. For example, if the radio is lost, stolen, or being used maliciously, it can be remotely disabled so that it can no longer register in the radio network and cannot make or receive any calls or text messages.
All incoming and outgoing voice calls are logged by the SmartDispatch server with date and time stamp. All recorded voice calls can be replayed and analysed at a later time. Statistics and analysis reports can be generated, and exported as reports for analysis and audit purposes.
