The Hytera radios PD505's are particularly ergonomic and easy to operate. With a weight of only 260g these radios offer a high level of mobility and are ideal for use on long shifts. The Hytera PD505 provide excellent voice quality, even in loud environments or in peripheral areas of radio coverage, making them a fantastic addition to any radios systems.
With embedded digital technology, the PD500 series of radios produce outstanding voice quality, even in noisy environments, and at the outer perimeters of radio coverage. Thanks to the TDMA method, DMR radios make it possible to double the channel capacity of conventional analogue radio, giving you two channels for each frequency issued by Ofcom.
The lithium-ion battery (1500 mAh) included as standard achieves an operating time of at least 16 hours (duty cycle 5-5-90) and with the optionally available 1000 mAh battery, this could be increased to up to 20 hours.
